• Great access: North-south options include I-75 and M-13. East-west routes include M-81 and M-46
  
• Additional track could be used just south of the laydown area highlighted in yellow
  
• Currently Saginaw yard customers are serviced 4-5 times a week
  
• 5 railcar spot available with expansion possible.

Wixom, MI-Lumber, Aggregates, Scrap metal

• Serviced 3–4 times per week
  
• 5 Railcar Spot available, additional storage is available for spotting.
  
• Interstate I-96 runs East–West, Pontiac Trail M-218 runs North–South.
